Just a reminder that the practice schedule for
the whole season is posted at the team website, (www.ultswimming.org). Just click
on the Calender tab at the top of the webpage. You do not
need to be signed in to view the calendar.

Meet Entry Deadline
The Deadline to sign up for the West Chciago
Sharks meet on Nov 20-22 is midnight TONIGHT.
Please sign your child up on the website TODAY if
they will be attending.
PARENTS OF HIGH SCHOOL GIRL SWIMMERS: this is
the first meet that high school girls may be eligible to enter.
Please do not forget to sign your swimmer up today if they wish to
attend this meet.
Pool Folders for Swim
Meets
We
now have a folder in the pool file box for every swim meet we plan
to attend. You can find all the paperwork related to a meet (meet
packet, our swimmers entries, fee info and swimmers results) in
it's folder.
Fee Payments
We
have about 10 families who still have not paid their monthly
installment that was due on September 1. If you are one of these
families, please make that payment ASAP. If you
have not made your installment payment for October, please do
so this week. Timely payment of your fees is
appreciated.
Pie Fundraiser
Most families have a flyer for our Fall Holiday
Pie Fundraiser in their mailbox. If you, your friends, family,
neighbors, and coworkers are interested in purchasing pies, please
complete and return the forms by November 11. Your pies will be
conveniently available for you to pick up at practice on the Monday
before Thanksgiving.
Discount card Fundraiser
Our Big fundraiser this year will be our
Discount Card Fundraiser. EACH family will be required to sell 10
discount cards. The cards enable the holder to obtain discounts at
25 retailers. The cards expire on 10/31/2010, so everyone can
easily save much more than their $10 investment in the cards.
Ultimate swimming will receive $7.00 for each card
sold.
The cards will be distributed at
practices on October 15 - 22. Every family will be given 10 cards
to sell. All money must be turned in by Nov 15.
