Ok everyone, time to
dig out those shining smiles…
It’s TEAM PICTURE
TIME!
This year we will be
snapping pictures and kicking off our Swim-A-Thon pledge drive all
on the same morning. Trust me, it’s gonna be
fun!
Day: Saturday October 24,
2009
Time:7:30am (sharp)
-9:00am

Pool
Attire:Please wear your royal
blue team suit (what you would wear to a
meet)
What to
bring: 1. Order forms (Photograher & Team Photo
form)
2. Addressed envelopes full of swim-a-thon pledge
letters. PAC will provide
postage.
Agenda:
1. We will be taking our entire
Team photo first. That is why it is imperative to be on
time.
2. Next we will break out into
4 individual Pool shots (Dishman, SW, Mt Scott
and
Columbia
).
The coaches will each choose a corner of the pool and corral all of
their swimmers until it is their turn to take the stage.
3. Once the pool shot is taken,
kids will be streamlined directly to the shallow end where their
personal/individual shot will be taken.
4. Coach Sherri will have a
drop box for your addressed letters for the Swim-a-Thon pledge
drive. PAC will cover the postage if the letters are dropped
off on this day! Please look for additional information
regarding Swim-a-Thon on the PAC
website.
Important
Notes:
- Parents, you can pick up an order form from your
coach, print it from the attachment on this email or when you
arrive at Dishman there will be extra order forms for you to fill
out.
- Please make sure your swimmer has both filled out
forms with a check or $ attached. It will make things go as
smooth as lane 4 in a fast pool!
- I know it is early, but PAC has Dishman all to
ourselves from 7-9am. Even if you don’t want to
purchase a photo, please come anyway. We want as many of our
swimmers present in the photo as possible.
