Attention all PAC swim
families, our annual Swim-A-Thon will start with a Letter Writing
"Kick-Off". Start collecting greeting card addresses of your
family relatives, your friends, your neighbors, and all the people
you currently do business with or have done business with in the
past! Remember all those people who you’ve made
contributions in the past year, now it is the chance for someone to
return the favor.
WHAT: 2009 PAC Swim-A-Thon Letter
Writing Kick-Off Mailing
- Print of copies of Form
letter and instructions below
- Bring adressed sponsor
letters ready for mailing
- Drop your addressed and
sealed envelopes into the Swim-A-Thon Drop Box
- PAC
will cover the postage
of all letters dropped off on October 24th, 2009
When: Saturday October 24th, 2009
7am-9am at Dishman Community Center Pool (Team Picture
Day)
Where: Dishman Community
Pool
Swimmers will drop off
personalized form letters to be mailed by PAC to potential sponsors
asking for their support. The swimmers will drop
off addressed and signed letters that are ready to mail into a
special Letter Writing Kick-Off box.
The USA Swimming
Swim-A-Thon packets will also be available if you would like
to go door-to-door around your neighborhood.
