Wagner decides on UT

Fleet’s Four star recruiting ranked, Catherine Wagner made the call to Kim Brackin and committed to swim for the Longhorns. Wagner owns a long course senior national cut in the 100-meter breast (1:12.30).

"I chose Texas because it has everything I’m looking for in both academics and athletics," Wagner said in an interview to Swimming World. "When I was on my trip, I could tell that it was an amazing environment to train, compete, and improve both as a person and a swimmer. I loved the enthusiasm of both the coaches and the girls on the team, and I’m confident that they are the people I want to surround myself with for the next 4 years! It was just a perfect fit for me and I can’t wait to continue my swimming career as a Texas Longhorn!"
