high school athletes of the week in a couple of
local newspapers. Below is the text from each article.

Kentlake High School girls swimming
- Grade: Freshman.
- Sport: Swimming.
- Accomplishment: Tanasse has
burst onto the local swim scene this season as she entered the week
already having qualified for three events (100 free, 200 free, 100
back) at the state meet.
- Favorite class: Algebra
3-4.
- If you could invite anyone in
the world to dinner, whom would you invite, and what would you
serve: I would invite SpongeBob SquarePants and we would have
Krabby Patties.
- Favorite movie:
Anchorman.
- Most recent book read/author:
"They Cage The Animals At Night" by Jennings Michael Burch.
- What’s on your iPod?:
Taylor Swift or rap.
- Also noted: Tanasse aspires to
one day do an Ironman triathlon.

Beamer High School girls swimming
- Kim a junior, won her two
individual events and was part of the Titans’ two winning
relays as they won the SPSL 4A championship. Kim took the 100
butterfly in 59.94 seconds and the 100 breaststroke in 1:11.44.
Beamer, which won the 200 medley and 200 free relays, piled up 174
points.
