[1] 2010 USMS
Registration for all WMST members starts on November
1st
Registration for USMS for 2010
begins on-line on November 1st. On or after
November 1st,

and choose the online
registration option
Alternatively, you can visit the WMST website www.wmst.net and go to the USMS Renew
tab
and follow the instructions. For those
swimmers who prefer the paper system of USMS
registration, both websites offer an option to
download a paper copy to send to USMS Swimming.
ForPUNCH CARD
swimmers, PLEASE
renew your USMS registration before requesting a new
Punch Card. This will save the
hassle of having to roll-over a card with unused punches
purchased with a 2009 USMS registration.

[4] All Elite
swimmers that are interested in doing the Alcatraz Challenge next
July, (2010), are
invited to attend an informational meeting at the
Weekley YMCA on October 31, 2009 at 8:30 sharp,
poolside.
The Alcatraz Challenge consists of a swim from
Alcatraz Island to San Francisco Bay which is
approximately 1.5 miles. Elite swimmers, who will be
able to swim one mile in less than 40 minutes,
and can swim in local pools, 72 laps non-stop, are
invited to attend.
The event will be on July 19, 2010.

[5] A reminder to all
swimmers: Please collect your card AFTER EACH
practice and give you card to
the coach on deck at each practice BEFORE
entering the water.
