Please take a moment and review your current account information in your member account page to verify that we have up to date information.
Please update phone numbers, medical contacts, swimmer shirt, jacket, and shorts sizes, etc. 
You can also post a digital picture of your swimmer and profile information on them. 
This helps when we need a picture of them for GCST news and more.
