HBG practice this Friday

 Hello Neptune families,

In preparation for the Vallejo CBA meet & Junior Olympics, we are having a joint practice in Santa Rosa this Friday November 6 so that all athletes get the opportunity to practice racing dives off of the blocks at Ridgway.  Practice times are as follows:

Seahorse group 5:15 - 5:45 pm

Blue group 5:30 - 7 pm

White & Red groups 5:45 - 7 pm (red will practice a little longer than normal)

Please note: there will not be any practice offered at Park Point this Friday.
