Protect Yourself
- Wash
your hands often and especially before eating.
- Avoid touching
your eyes, nose or mouth.
- DO
NOT share water bottles, food or towels.
Respect Others
- STAY
HOME if you have any flu symptoms; aches, chills, fever,
nausea etc...
- Cough
& sneeze into a tissue or the inside of your elbow to avoid
spreading germs
- Do not
return to the pool until you’re fever free for over 24 hrs
without medication.
