Storm Parents,
The Job Sign Ups are now available for the New
Jersey State Meet scheduled for December 19th and
20th.
Please take a moment to log on and sign
up. Each Event tab has a
complete list of times, pool, pool location and age of the swimmers
swimming.
Be careful when signing up to make
sure you have the right session.
VERY IMPORTANT:
You MUST sign up for 2 Combine
Sessions and 2 Single Sessions.
There is one combine session on Saturday and
one combine session on Sunday.
The requirement for the weekend is 4 sessions
per family per the contact signed.
This meet is very important to our team. We need everyone to help.
We take great pride in running an organized,
clean and friendly meet.
We are the hosting team; therefore the teams
coming to this meet are our guests and should be treated as so.
The combined sessions look
different than the single sessions.
Example:
Timers Pool A/ Timers Pool B mini
meet.
You will time in Pool A for
session 4. Then move to Pool B and time
for the mini meet session 5. (Each Job
sign up has a very detailed explanation next to it)
The Food sign up has been up for a few
weeks. If you have not already done so
please consider bringing a food and a drink both
days. This food and drink is for all of
us to enjoy as well as all the Coaches, Officials and Volunteers
who help us make this meet so successful!
Make sure you note what job you have signed up
for. There are already many things
going on that day. We would really prefer not to have to track
people down because they have not shown up for their work
assignment.
Let’s make this as smooth as
possible for everyone involved!
Your
volunteering is very much appreciated and does not go unnoticed
throughout many of the teams in the league. Thank you for all you do!!
