The November Swimmer of the Month has been dropping enormous amounts of time in every event since the first meet of the season! His 14 second drop in the 500 free was the most notable , and can be attributed to his hard work at practices, and his commitment to the sport. CHARLIE GOODWIN, of the Patriot Swim Club, has managed to earn straight A 's in his strenuous science classes, even while attending all of his swim practices. He sets and achieves his goals by being willing to listen to instruction and then incorporate it into his strokes and racing technique. Charlie also volunteers at the Nashoba Valley Special Olympics, where he has coached the same boy for a few years. Last year, Charlie's swimmer won a GOLD medal, which attests to Charlie's ability to listen, to implement and to teach!
Let's congratulate Charlie for all of his accomplishments so far this season!
