Please keep an eye on your inboxes this week for a very important email on an updated practice schedule.
Blue Bells - boys
Attendance creates opportunity.
Opportunity creates results.
Results create self-esteem.
Self-esteem can create anything.
Blue Bells - girls
Our championships meets, JOs and FWs, are around the corner. Let's have 100% attendance in practice and dryland!
3 x 50 @ 1:10/1:30
4/2 x 25 @ :30/:45
50 k/s Kick down swim back
50 r/s Use only your right arm going down, swim coming back
50 l/s Use only your left arm going down, swim coming back
4/2 x 25 Swim
I am off to Harker for the next couple of months. Study this warm-up hard. Using only one arm a time is really going to show us how we are swimming, forcing us to think about body position and balance of the stroke. I look forward to seeing you guys at workout this coming weekend and days to come. Swim hard, swim fast and have fun. I can't wait until May. I've got
big plans for summer!

Eric is a senior at UCSD majoring in Communications and a member of the UCSD Men's Swim Team. He has been a member of SCSC since he was 13 years old and has coached during summer months at SCSC for the past two years. He and Joe Wise are friends and SCSC teammates.
