FAST had some great performances at the La Mirada Senior Meet
last weekend. Many of our 13 & Over swimmers posted lifetime
bests in the first Long Course meet of the year! Several swimmers
earned second swims (noted below). Gwendolyn Walter and Gian Berino
had great time drops in the distance freestyle events, qualifying
for Long Course Sectionals. Gwen finished in 11th place in the
Women's 1500-meter Freestyle with a lifetime best 18:17.70. Gian
took 7th place in the Men's 800-meter Freestyle with a lifetime
best 8:43.60. Congratulations, Gwen and Gian! Complete results from
