Adult Boot Camp
Boot camps are strength and conditioning programs that will optimize life and maximize your energy levels! Each session focuses on core stability, muscle strength, endurance, power, agility, mobility and cardiovascular training. Our instructors will utilize their knowledge in biomechanics, orthopedics, physiology and kinesiology to ensure a safe, effective, efficient workout. Sessions are offered M - F from 5:30 - 6:30 am, M-Th 6:30 - 7:30 pm, F 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Sa 6:00 - 7:00 am. Indoor and outdoor training available dependent on weather. Complimentary body composition testing is performed monthly.

Enjoy your break, but remember, you can’t be fit as a fiddle if you’re shaped like a cello! DO SOMETHING during the break! Whether it’s a short run every morning, spin class, surfing, skateboarding (safely!), or even a little open water swimming, use this time to enjoy other athletic activities!
