There will be an SCSC Board Meetings Tuesday, August 28th starting at 6:30pm in the rotunda.

Volunteer Opportunity--USA Swimming Officials Clinic
Interested in becoming a USA Swimming official? Want to get more involved in the sport AND earn your SCSC volunteer hours? An Officials Clinic is being held on Saturday, September 8 at Valley Christian High School for those parents who are ready to take the first step. Please see attachment for details. You will receive 2012-2013 volunteer hours just for attending the clinic!

Kids Athletic Development Program
Looking to get better during Stroke Clinic? Join the athletic development program and improve athleticism, increase core strength, muscle flexibility, cardiovascular training, balance, injury prevention and have fun! Only 20 spots available per camp, so register today!

Adult Boot Camp
Boot camps are strength and conditioning programs that will optimize life and maximize your energy levels! Each session focuses on core stability, muscle strength, endurance, power, agility, mobility and cardiovascular training. Our instructors will utilize their knowledge in biomechanics, orthopedics, physiology and kinesiology to ensure a safe, effective, efficient workout. Sessions are offered M - F from 5:30 - 6:30 am, M-Th 6:30 - 7:30 pm, F 6:00 - 7:00 pm, Sa 6:00 - 7:00 am. Indoor and outdoor training available dependent on weather. Complimentary body composition testing is performed monthly.
