Senior Group Structure
Changes to Group Structure:
At the end of each season, the coaching staff, much like our swimmers and parents, spend many hours
reflecting to evaluate successes, failures, and to see what we can do better to maximize the performance of
all of our athletes. With this in mind, the SCSC coaching staff will be making changes to our group
structure, which will affect our 13+ year old swimmers for the upcoming season. Coaches will be also
speaking to the swimmers and parents who will be affected by these changes in the upcoming weeks. If you
have any questions that are not answered here, or need further clarification, please do not hesitate to speak
directly to the coaching staff.
*Please see the attachment for the new Senior Group Structure.
Thank you for working with us to make sure all swimmers at SCSC are maximizing their potential!
