Attendance and effort by Senior 2s at the Stroke Clinic has been great!  Remember in order to make the most out of these next 2 weeks, you must stay mentally focused on refining your stroke; details matter in swimming!  Dare to change things that are slowing you down!  Also, Goal Sheets are due to Coach Bitter on Monday, 9/16!  Swimmers will not be permitted to workout until their sheet is turned it!  Spend some thoughtful time filling yours out.
