Change to July 3rd Practice Schedule:
We will NOT have afternoon practice on July 3rd because of the July 4th holiday. However, we will still have morning practice on July 3rd

Need a Sub?
Did you sign up to work a meet and now are unable to attend the meet? Do you still need some work credits but can’t volunteer for the available jobs? We have two teens who will be happy to fulfill your work obligation for a nominal fee of $35 per meet.

If you decide to hire a substitute, it is your responsibility to pay for the substitute before or the day of the meet and to ensure your substitute shows up for work. Also, you will need to provide Kendra Sutter or Jessica Milbridge the name of the sub before the meet.

Below are the names of the subs and their contact information. For future reference, the names of subs will be posted on the Work Obligation page of the MSC website.

OMPA Swimsuit Ruling
There has been a great deal of controversy over the use of technical swimsuits in the global swim community. In response to this controversy and the constant change of rules, OMPA decided to issue its own standard. Here is the new rule for swimsuits during swim meets:

-          For female swimmers, the swimsuit shall not cover the neck, extend past the shoulders or past the pelvis;
-          For male swimmers, the swimsuit shall not extend past above the navel or below the knee; and
-          No swimmer shall be permitted to wear two or more suits.
