The coaching staff has identified two additional meets ......

The coaching staff has identified two additional meets for competition during October for our swimmers. The CBAC Fall Warm Up Meet and the 2009 Fall Senior Invitational both the weekend of October 24.  More information is below under Meet Notice. 

The next MAC Board meeting is Wednesday October 7 at 6:30 pm.  The meeting will be held at Ed Goundry’s office 121 E Patrick St., Frederick, MD 21701 across from the library.  The agenda for the meeting can be found below.

PRACTICE SCHEDULE

The practice schedule for today is NORMAL

Senior Red and Black swim 4:00 to 6:15pm in the bubble

Senior White swims 5:45 to 8:00pm in the bubble

Age Group II swims 6:00 to 8:00pm in the bubble

Senior Prep/Masters swim 8:00 to 9:00pm in the bubble

Age Group I has No Practice

Novice I practices 4:30 to 5:30p in the indoor pool

Novice II practices 5:30 to 6:30p in the indoor pool

Novice III practices 6:30 to 7:30p in the indoor pool  

Meet Notice

The 12 and under swimmers will compete in the Chesapeake Bay Aquatic Club Fall Warm-Up Meet located at St. Mary's College in St. Mary's City, Maryland. The date of the meet is October 24-25, 2009. It is a very fast pool and CBAC runs a good swim meet. The entries are due to Andy Lehner by 11:00am, Saturday, October 11, 2009. To enter one must email Andy Lehner at Laneman52@hotmail.com and if the swimmer did not enter the RAC meet they must deposit a check in the entry chair's folder at Hood College. The fees for this meet are: $45 for two days. Please adhere to the entry deadline!

 

 

The swimmers who are 12 and older and have an "A" time are eligible for this competition. The swimmers on the Red, Black, and White team should sign up for this meet. We are going to all sessions. We are attending the located at Fairland Aquatics Center in Laurel, Maryland. The date of the meet is October 24-25, 2009. The entries are due to Andy Lehner by 11:00am, Saturday, October 11, 2009.
