For those of you attending the CAA meet this weekend, information, including a timeline, warm-up schedule, and psych sheet, may be found on CAA's website - www.clippersswim.org.
Entries for the Maryland Swimming Junior Championship meet ( www.mdswim.org/Top_Nav/Meets/2008-2009_Schedule_Results/CBAC_Junior_Championship_Meet.htm) scheduled for March 13-15 are due to the meet entry folder by 6:00 pm Tuesday. This meet is open to swimmers age 9 and older who meet the time standards in the meet notice. The fee for one day is $18, two days is $33, and Friday night is $5. If you have any questions as to whether your child should attend this meet, please speak to your child's coach.
The practice schedule for today is as follows - Senior Red and Black from 4:00-6:30, Senior White from 5:45-8:00, Age Group II from 6:00-8:00, and Senior Prep and Masters from 8:00-9:00 all in the bubble. Age Group I will swim in the indoor pool from 4:30-6:15. There is no practice today for Novice. Saturday's practice schedule is as follows - Senior Red and Black from 7:00-9:00 am and Senior White and Age Group II from 9:00-10:30 am in the bubble. Age Group I will swim in the indoor pool from 7:30-9:00 am. There is no practice for Novice on Saturday. Don't forget, the taper schedule begins for most groups on Monday.
