Practice on Saturday morning in the indoor pool

First, I failed to mention that Age Group I will have practice on Saturday morning in the indoor pool from 7:30-9:00 am.  Sorry!  Still getting back into the routine!

Next, there has been some confusion regarding the meets that have been posted and who should attend them.  Coach Andy does not want any of his swimmers (Senior Red and Black) to attend both meets.  He does not want to sacrifice a day of training for a meet, especially this early in the season, when the swimmers have not been training for very long.  They should plan to attend the ASC Meet.  I would imagine the other coaches would feel the same way about attending two meets in a row this early.  The RAC meet is only open to 9-13 year olds.  This meet is meant for Age Group I and II and Senior White swimmers who meet the age requirements.  If you have ANY questions about which meet your swimmer should attend (these meets or any meet), PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, talk to your child's coach.  All of the coaches have at least one method of contact listed on the Contact Information page of our website (www.macswim.net/contacts).  Even though Coach Andy is out of town, he is reachable by phone (301-748-0916).  The coaches are also willing to speak with parents before or after any practice session.
