TOMORROW is the deadline for turning in your swimmer's 2008 USA Swimming

This is the MAC News for Thursday, November 1st.

IMPORTANT!  IMPORTANT!  Don’t forget that TOMORROW is the deadline for turning in your swimmer’s 2008 USA Swimming registration, along with a $64 check made payable to MAC.  This must be completed in order for your swimmer to continue to train and compete after December 31st.  Questions regarding registration should be directed to Ed Goundry at fgoundry@vglaw.orgIMPORTANT!  IMPORTANT!

Tomorrow evening, Coach Andy will be at UMBC with those swimmers attending the evening session of this weekend’s meet.  Therefore, Senior Red and Black swimmers have 2 options for practice tomorrow.  They may train in the morning from 5:15-7:30 in the bubble.  This is the suggested option.  If your Senior Red or Black swimmer is unable to train in the morning, they may swim in the evening with Senior White from 5:45-8:00.  Please do this ONLY if you are absolutely unable to swim in the morning as the pool could be quite crowded.  Coach Andy will be at the meet again on Saturday morning, so any Senior Red or Black swimmer not attending the meet Saturday morning should plan to swim with Senior White from 9:00-10:30 in the bubble.

As far as the meet goes, there has been a schedule change for Saturday afternoon only.  Warm-ups for the Saturday afternoon session will begin at 12:30 and the actual session will begin at 1:30.  Psych sheets, a timeline for Friday evening, and a warm-up schedule are posted here -

The practice schedule for today is normal - Senior Red and Black from 4:00-6:15, Senior White from 5:45-8:00, Age Group II from 6:00-8:00, and Senior Prep and Masters from 8:00-9:00 all in the bubble.  Novice I will be in the indoor pool from 5:30-6:30 and Novice II and III will be there as well from 6:30-7:30.  There is no practice today for Age Group I.
