As promised, here is a rundown of the meet results from the NBAC Christmas Invitational. MAC had 4 individuals and 3 relays bring home the gold. Muhammad Hudhud was victorious in the 11-12 boy's 50 and 100 breaststroke and the 50 free. Evan Kolovich took the top spot in 6 events - the 11-12 boy's 50 and 100 fly, 50 and 100 back, and 100 and 200 IM! Another 11-12 swimmer, Margot Manning, won the girl's 50 and 100 freestyle events. Finally, MAC's 11-12 boy's swept the relays. The team of Thomas Colket, Muhummad Hudhud, Evan Kolovich, and Jake Carlsen took both the 200 and 400 medley relays. Andrew Howard replaced Thomas in the victorious 400 free relay. 14 individual and 4 relay team records were broken as well. Margot Manning set records in the 11-12 girl's 50 free, 50 breast, and 100 IM. Hanne Borgersen claimed the 13-14 girl's 500 free. Laurel Brabson lowered the 17-18 girl's 500 free, 100 and 200 fly records, as well as the girl's Open 500 free and 100 fly records. On the boy's side, Muhammad Hudhud now has top team times in the 11-12 boy's 50 and 100 breaststroke and Evan Kolovich added the 11-12 50 fly, 100 fly, and 200 IM to his collection. Relaywise, the 13-14 girl's team of Jessica Jimenez, Shannon McClellan, Chelsea Rossick, and Hanne Borgersen lowered the team mark in the 400 free relay. The top finishing 11-12 boy's relays mentioned above all claimed team records as well. In addition to all of these top finishers and records, MAC swimmers had many, many best times and new All-Star meet qualifying times. Way to go, everyone!
