Here is a recap of the NCSA Junior National meet held last weekend

Today is Wednesday, March 26th and this is the MAC News. 

As promised, here is a recap of the NCSA Junior National meet held last weekend.  While no MAC swimmers qualified for finals, a total of 7 new team records were set.  Laurel Brabson established new standards in the 17-18 girls 200 fly and 500 free and both the 17-18 and Open 100 fly.  The relay team of Joanna Yeh, Hanne Borgersen, Katelyn Rossick, and Laurel Brabson topped the team's best times in the Open 200, 400, and 800 free relays.  Congratuations, ladies! 

Attached to this e-mail is a copy of the warm-up schedule for the mini meet this weekend (www.macswim.net/files/MiniMeetWarmup.doc).  Don't forget, there have been some schedule changes for the meet that affect the afternoon sessions only.  Warm-ups for both the Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions will begin at 12:00 pm and the meet will start at 1:00 pm.  NBAC is also looking for officials to help with the meet.  If you are interested, please contact Bill White at bwhite@greenspringfund.com. 

The practice schedule for today is as follows - Senior Red and Black from 4:00-6:00 and Age Group I from 6:00-7:45 in the bubble.  The rest of the groups will return to normal practice tomorrow.
