“Club Leadership and Business Seminar,” Randy Julian, USA Swimming, Sport Consultant, Central Zone. Goals and Responsibilities of Club Board of Directors and Coaches, Finance Management, Development of Volunteers, Fundraising. A must attend for all Clubs’ Board of Directors. Required for new USA Swimming Clubs.
“Club Registration: Open Forum,” Carol Graham, Wisconsin Swimming Registration and Membership Coordinator. Club transfers, deck registrations, TIMES, seasonal membership, and answers to your questions.
“Coaching Young to Elite Swimmers,” Paul Yetter, Auburn University Coach; formerly Coach with North Baltimore Club, Verona Aquatic Club, and Badger Aquatic Club; University of Wisconsin Swimmer. Developed National Age Group Record Holders and Olympic Trials swimmers; college recruiting.
New Officials Training Clinic: Starter/Referee Certification,” Paul Roehr, Nationally certified Official and Wisconsin Swimming Officials Committee Member. Get started on becoming a certified USA Swimming Starter/Referee. Required: one year experience as a Stroke and Judge Official who has officiated at least 11 sessions in the last year. Participants must attend both the morning and the afternoon sessions.
“Officials Round Table,” George Geanon, Wisconsin Swimming Officials Committee Chair. Rule interpretations, Open Water Officiating, USA Swimming’s Officials Tracking System (OTS), and more.
“Parenting Your Swimmer,” Matt Wunderlin, University of Chicago Researcher, Knox College biochemistry graduate, Waunakee Orcas of Wisconsin (WOW) Head Coach, and Parent of three children. Ideas to support your swimmer and work with coaches to maximize your swimmer’s potential. Coach Wunderlin has done research with the American Academy of Pediatrics, USA Swimming, and American Swimming Coaches Association.
Successful Meet Management,” Jeanne Drzewiecki, Wisconsin Swimming Sanctioning Officer, and Pat Lewno, Wisconsin Treasurer, partner for an enlightening presentation on managing Club Meets well, the first time. A must for all Meet Directors.
“Treatment and Prevention of Injuries to Swimmers,” Bill O’Donnell, Physical Therapist, Community Memorial Hospital, Sports Medicine, Menomonee Falls, and Jake Forker, Trainer, Menomonee Falls High School. Common injuries-causes, treatment, and prevention; swimming biometrics; functional warm-ups; dryland exercises.
“Why We Do It?” & “Chief Judge Clinic,” Ben Radloff, Wisconsin Swimming Officials Committee Member. Help the Officials Committee improve recruiting and retaining Officials. Learn the rationale, functions, and protocol for Chief Judges.

Coming from East on I-94: Travel west on
I-94. Exit onto Hwy 16 West (exit 293C). Continue to first exit,
Main Street (exit 188). Turn left off Hwy ramp. Proceed straight
into the WCTC main entrance.
Coming from West on I-94: Travel east on
I-94. Exit Hwy T (exit 293). Turn left onto Hwy T. Follow Hwy T
North about 2 miles to the WCTC main entrance on left.
Coming from the West on Hwy 16: Travel
east on Hwy 16. Exit Main Street (Exit 188). Turn left off hwy
ramp. Proceed to the WCTC main entrance on right.
