|June Swimmer of the Month!|| |
July 26, 2010
Despite the many challenges that come with Tourette Syndrome (TS), this young swimmer is continuing to improve in the sport of swimming. He placed 7th at the 12 & Under Age Group SCY Championships and placed 6th High Point at the 14 & Under Championships Long Course this past weekend! He also qualified this summer for the Zone team and he doesn’t allow his Tourette’s to get in the way of achieving his goals. His family and friends are of great support to both his swimming and his soccer, and many of his teammates help him out when needed. Although, it looks like he doesn’t need that much help succeeding in the pool!
Congratulations to JARRED VERONEAU, of Northampton Area Swim Team (NAS), for being selected as New England Swimming’s Swimmer of the Month!!
