Nathan Adrian might be one of the most unassuming members of the 2008 U.S. Olympic swimming team. Despite his towering 6-5 frame, he speaks with a modest tone and is quick to credit a little good fortune and timing – along with his work with coach Mike Bottom and Olympic champion Gary Hall Jr. at the Race Club in Islamorada, Fla. – for his success at last month’s Olympic Trials, where he qualified for his first Olympic Team.
