A travel meet (2 busses are chartered) for 14 & under swimmers.

This is an annual dual meet with Multnomah Athletic Club (MAC) of Portland, Oregon. MAC and BCST are traditionally some of the best teams in the Pacific Northwest. Each year we like to compete against each other in a dual meet because it is fun, in addition the quality of competition make it a fast meet. The two teams alternate hosting the meet each year, this year (January 8, 2011) MAC will be hosting the meet.

TRAVEL:                     Two BUSSES have been chartered to transport our swimmers to and from the meet. Six (three per bus) chaperoneswill be needed. First come first serve (Each chaperones will be awarded 10 hours of Workshare) Email Coach Dwight.
Swimmers should have breakfast before leaving and they need to bring a sack lunch for during the meet. One meal will be provided by MAC following the meet and before returning to Bellevue.         
 
Timeline:                   8:00am:          Swimmers meet at the BC pool
                8:15am:           Board busses
                                   8:30am:          Leave for the MAC in Portland
   11:30am:         Arrive at Multnomah Athletic Club
   12:00 noon:     Warm Up
   1:00pm:           Meet
   5:00pm:           Dinner at the MAC
   5:30pm            Depart for Bellevue Club
   8:30pm:           Arrive at the Bellevue Club

1.            Regarding the 200 free and the IM events. Entries for these events are limited.
·        For the 200 free, first priority to enter will be given to 13 and over swimmers for the Bellevue Club, as there are only 3 spaces available.
·        For these events generally the fastest entries will get to swim the races.
·        If you entered one of these events and your entry is not accepted you will be assigned an additional event by your coach.     
                       
RELAYS: 
·        Swimmers are expected to be available for all relay events.
WORKSHARE:
·        Certified officials are always needed; officials and trainees should check in with the Meet Referee. If you are interested in timing, check in the with host team's head timer or listen for announcements during the meet.
