 For Registration you will need to print out the Coaches Contract, Pacific Swim form (1 per swimmer), Medical Form (1 per swimmer) and the Family Application. Team Swim suits are optional but we are encouranging the purchase for a uniformed look. THANKS!

Also please fill out the Volunteer form and bring it to Registration.
