REGISTRATION 2009: In order
to successfully register for the 2009 swim season you must complete
the following registration forms and mail them along with your
payment to our address. Registration for members and return
swimmers must not be postmarked before March 16, 2009 and it must
be postmarked no later than March 28, 2009. For member
and return swimmer registrations postmarked after March 28, 2009,
add a $20 late processing fee. Non-Member Registrations may be
mailed beginning April 1, 2009. The following must be included with
your registration.

* Naperville Park District
Waiver Form (1 per swimmer)
* South Pointe Waiver Form (1
per swimmer)
* All Registration Fees and
Late Fees if applicable
On the team website click on the
My Account button on the left side of the
page and update all of your contact information.
On the team website click on the
EVENTS tab, scroll down to each meet and indicate
your meet participation for each swimmer.
