For swim lessons, click on the registration form for the location desired, fill it out and attach it to an email to the person listed on that form.  That form is needed for scheduling and lesson times will be confirmed by email or phone call.

Print and fill  out waiver form.  Bring to first lesson with payment after you have been confirmed.
