Meet Information
Please download and complete all four
registration forms below.
Please complete 1 CASL form per swimmer and one per family
for the other 3 forms.
Please bring completed forms to one of the registration
meetings. If you can not make it to one of
the registration dates, please give completed forms to a swim
team board member at practice.
Do not give them to the YMCA desk.
Below is also the 2009 City Meet Information, be thinking about
what events your swimmer wants to enter at the end of the
season meet.
