LRRC Training Information:

SUMMER PRACTICE SCHEDULE:

We will continue with our current practice schedule through Thurs., June 6. Friday, June 7th will be our first morning practice. If you are still in school the following week you still should be able to make the 4:00-6:00 practices on Tues. & Thurs. and you may attend summer league practice 3-4 on Mon. and Wed.

 

Beginning Friday, June 7, we will have practice as follows:

Summer Practice Schedule:

AG I   

8:40-10:30 a.m. Mon. - Fri.

 

AG II  

8:40-10:30 a.m. Mon. - Fri.

4:15-6:00 pm Tues. & Thurs. (AGII swimmers ages 12 and up) 

We will do dry land most mornings, so please come prepared for both dry land and swimming.

 

Also please let me know if you have any conflict with training times and we will work something out.

 

Masters: Same times – no changes

Developmental and Summer League: 3:00-4:00 Mon, Wed, and Thurs. (Practice begins June10th)

*Meets will be 6:00- 8:30pm on Tuesdays, June 11(vs. Chenal Country Club),June 18th(vs. Villages of Wellington),  June 25th (vs. Chenal Country Club) and July 16th (vs Hillsborough)

**Championship meet 4:00pm on July 23rd at UALR

SENIOR LEVEL PRACTICE SCHEDULE

 

 

Below is the summer practice schedule. This summer we will be doing some out of the water training at CrossFit of Little Rock.  The program is tailored for varying leveling to meet the different ranges of abilities and build them up from there.  This is a very exciting opportunity and big privilege.  Because this will be an outside of the program activity it will come with an additional costs and requirements.  The additional fee will be (TBA) for the summer. Some of this cost will be supplemented by the Booster Club and so there will be extra requirements. Those are as follows:

  • Going into 9th grade and up
  • Sectional level swimmer
  • Commit to 100% practice attendance

 

Everyone else will be doing the normal dryland routine with me at UALR on Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays.
