Graham County

Swim Coaches: Allison Stiles andJessica Stiles-Culver

Fees: All swimmers wishing to join Swim Neptune will need to complete both the USA Swimming Registration as well as pay the Annual Fee. Both of these fees combined are good through December 31, 2010, and are $110 per swimmer ($58 USA and $52 Annual Fee).

Participationin daily practice requires that you register for the EAC Swim Class. The code number will depend on the number swim classes you have previously taken.  EAC gives you credit for each session of swimming.  These credits do count as college credit. The code numbers can often get confusing so please keep personal track of the code numbers you have been enrolled in and bring that information when you register.

Register at EAC at the Records and Registration Office in the Student Services Building.  The office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Each swim session will cost $65.00 (one credit). If you swim 3 sessions per semester, your cost will be $130.00 per semester.

Students under 14 will need to do an underage petition since we are starting a new school year.  This takes time to go to the committee so they need to start right away. Petition deadlines are Tuesday, August 25, 2009 @ 3:00 pm. Petition forms are located @ www.eac.edu, then forms and petitions (on the left). Petitions from last school year will not roll over.

Any first time students will need to prove citizenship. Bring your birth certificate and social security cards.

Summer swimming is typically at the Safford Pool.  Hours and fees are dependent upon their summer program schedule—hours TBA in May 2010.

Schedule:

Fall and Spring swimming occur at the EAC Pool.  Sessions will begin August 24th, 2009, M-F @ 4:30 – 6:00.  There will be no swimming on the first Wednesday of each month.

Cancellations for practice, as well as additional practices, will be posted on this site.
