Swim Neptune Program

Swimmers who desire to compete in a number of USA Swimming meets each year, potentially competing at the Regional, State, and National level are ideal candidates for the Swim Neptune Program. The competitive track includes the full USA Swimming short course season, followed by the Long Course season through the summer.

The Swim Neptune competitive track incorporates a carefully thought out road map that allows swimmers to achieve their fullest potential in the water, with progressive building of strength, stamina, performance and – above all – a balanced and healthy love of the sport!
