- To make sure every swimmer
understands their points of focus on every swim, set or training
session, and to hold them accountable for maintaining that
focus.
- To provide as much positive
and constructive feedback to every swimmer as possible at every
practice session.
- To maintain the highest
levels of energy, encouragement and enthusiasm every
day.
- To provide a new mental
and/or physical challenge every day.
- To recognize the
achievement of a new goal or new accomplishment every
day.
- To encourage and support
teamwork every day.
- To support the development
of independence everyday.
- To provide and maintain a
safe environment everyday.
- To develop a unique squad
identity, and practice and support it everyday.
- To encourage hard work,
provide maximum intensity and have fun everyday.

Meets

- To communicate with every
swimmer after every race.
- To offer a point of
encouragement after every race.
- To provide a constructive
point of development after every race.
- To encourage each swimmer
to focus on personal improvement instead of
placement.
- To encourage our swimmers
to have the loudest cheering section at every meet during every
race.
- To model and encourage our
swimmers to conduct themselves with the greatest sportsmanship at
every meet and in every situation.
- To encourage and recognize
our opponents after every race win or lose.
- To warm down after every
race.

- To have every team member
qualify for the SE Championships.
- To win the Southeast
Championships.
- To finish in first or
second in every age group at Southeast Championships.
- To have a swimmer score in
every event at Southeast Championships.
- To have 40 or more swimmers
qualify for and attend Age Group Champs.
- To place in the top 5 at
age group champs.
- To have 40 or more swimmers
qualify for and attend JO’s.
- To place in the top 5 at
JO’s.
- To qualify 5 or more
swimmers for Senior Sectionals.
- To qualify 5 or more
swimmers for Age Group Sectionals.
- To qualify 5 or more
swimmer for Western Zones.
- To increase each swimmers
commitment and self-esteem.
