Beginner Bronze

Beginner Bronze is a beginner practice group for swimmers generally ages 5-10. Swimmers practice within a relaxed, low pressure training environment that incorporates stroke instruction and stroke drills in a fun, positive and educational atmosphere.

Silver is an introductory practice group for swimmers generally ages 6-12. Swimmers practice within a relaxed, low pressure training environment that incorporates stroke instruction and stroke drills in a fun, positive and educational atmosphere.

Gold

Gold is a group that represents mid-level swimmers generally ages 8-13. Swimmers work to develop and refine all four competitive strokes, racing strategies, starts and turns. Stroke drills and a basic conditioning program enable swimmers to prepare for regular competition opportunities

Platinum

Platinum is a group that represents advanced-level swimmers generally 11 & up. Swimmers work to refine the four competitive strokes and their respective starts and turns. A basic conditioning program enables swimmers to prepare for regular competitions. Individual goal setting is introduced.

Varsity

The Varsity group represents the highest age group training level for swimmers generally ages 12 & up. Swimmers train with an eye towards competing in sectional, state, zone and national competitions. Proper stroke technique is encouraged through additional stroke instruction in a fun and creative setting. Swimmers will be required to set personal goals, work hard, strive to improve their stroke technique, demonstrate good sportsmanship, exhibit teamwork and accept accountability.
