The Board of Directors is comprised of 15 elected positions. The Board of Directors are responsible for all of the club’s activities on an annual basis. The positions are elected each year at our Annual General Meeting (AGM). The A.G.M. is held in September of each year. Board meetings are held once a month. You are welcome to attend and make presentations to the Board. You are asked to contact the President to advise of your intentions and have your presentation placed on the agenda. Written copies of presentations are requested in advance.
