Age Groups

A water polo player’s age as of December 31st each year shall be used to determine the competitors category.

As of December 31st 2008:

12U (previously known as P1 and Atom) is for those born in 1998 or later

14U (previously known as P2 and Bantam) is for those born in 1996 or 1997  

16U (previously known as P3 and Cadet) is for those born in 1994 or 1995

18U (previously known as P4 and Youth) is for those born in 1991, 1992 or 1993
