How Do I Know What Group to Register For?

If this is your first year swimming or you have never swam with Cascade Swim Club before, your swimmer will need to attend our one day Rookie "Assessment" Camp, in order to be placed within our programs.  It is a free assessment and our staff will be on hand to look at the new swimmers and let everyone know where they will best fit inside the Cascade program.

Cascade Swim Club provides age specific training for all of our athletes geared towards challenging each individual and developing each individual to the best of THEIR abilities.

Information will be handed out at the Camp, and you will be told what group to register for and when you can do so.

How Old Do You Have To Be?

The Cascade Swim Club starts swimmers at 3 1/2 years-old (*comfort level in the water and ability to float on their own are our minimum requirements), and everyone in between, all the way up to post-Varsity athletes competing for a spot on Canada's Olympic Team!

We also want to mention that we have a non-competitive program for teenagers and adults who are looking for supplemental training and technical work offered by our Senior XT program.
