Auroras’ volunteering commitment for 2009-10

Volunteering is required for National and Wildrose streams.

The Edmonton Aurora Synchronized Swim Club has a history of great volunteers. We rely on the time our volunteers give to ensure the smooth operation of our club. In order to maintain this level of excellence, all Aurora families with swimmers in the Wildrose or National streams must fulfill required participation points within a year. There are a number of different activities to choose from.

• In the Wildrose stream each swimmer requires 150 volunteer points per year.
• In the National stream each swimmer requires 300 volunteer points per year.

A volunteer deposit (an undated cheque) for $150 is required for each national and Wildrose stram swimmer. It will be returned at the end of the year upon fulfillment of the volunteer commitments as outlined in section 7.5 of the parent handbook known as "red book".
