Seniors must attend at least 5, Senior Elite all 6 workouts per week and complete all the scheduled Dryland and Weight strength work.  While involved in another cardiovascular sport (e.g. high school), the swimmer must attend at least 3 workouts per week.

Group Notes: 

§  Youth Swim Club (YSC) offers continuous 4-week sessions.  They are part of the Carroll Aquatics Swim School.

§   TT swims through February 28.

§  AG1 & AG2 swims through March 31.

§  JR/SR strength training on Mon, Wed, Fri can be optionally completed after workout.  If so, arrive by 5:15pm.

§  (B) Designates a secondary workout schedule to accommodate increased/overflow group (requires a minimum number of swimmers).
