The High School Prep
group is an alternative to the FAST
swim groups. It is designed for the high school swimmer who wants
to get in shape for high school swim season and is not already
participating in a FAST practice group.
Workouts in this
group will be designed to improve stroke fundamentals including
starts and turns, and to get the swimmers in race shape before the
high school season starts.
When: Practices
are Monday through Thursday 7:15-8:45 p.m. at EPIC. Starting
November 15th, Thursday night practice will be at Mulberry Pool.
Cost: $75 per month
(2009-2010 Season); Note: FAST dues must
be paid via auto deduction

Trial Session: Swimmers may come to one
practice to try out the group and must register to attend
subsequent practices.
