This group is designed to accommodate all levels of adult swimmers, ages 18 to 90+, from highly competitive athletes to exercise swimmers. Members of this group may be triathletes trying to improve their swimming times, or members of this group may set specific swims as group or individual goals for improvement.

When:  Fall 2009:  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at EPIC  from 5:45 a.m. to 7a.m. 
                           
                                  Tuesday and Thursday lunch from 11:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 
                           
                                  Saturday morning (October 10th and beyond)  7:00 to 8:00 a.m. 

Cost: $35 per month (14-day free trial period) or $10 per practice; Note: Monthly dues must be paid via auto deduction.
