2009-10 Fall/Winter Marlins Registration

 ***TRY-OUTS HAVE CONCLUDED, THANK YOU TO ALL WHO TRIED OUT....IT WAS A GREAT WAY TO START THE NEW SEASON!  THE COACHING STAFF IS REALLY LOOKING FORWARD TO WORKING WITH EACH AND EVERYONE OF YOU.

Marlins Registration

Official Registration will be on the following dates and times:

Tuesday, September 8th - 3:00-6:00

Wednesday, September 9th - 3:00-6:00

At time of registration please have the following forms completed:

1.)  Program Registration

2.)  Waiver for Participation

3.)  PCA Parent Pledge & Positive Code of Conduct

4.)  YMCA membership form (if not already a member)

5.)  USA Swimming Form (we need this even if you were a USA member last year)

***$75 Registration fee is due at this time as well, if it has not already been paid.
