Katie joined Wichita Swim Club in the
summer of 2006. For the past two years she has been coaching
the Black and Red Squad. In August 2008, Katie assumed the
position of Head Coach and General Manager.
Originally from Emporia,
Katie is a 2006 graduate of the University of Georgia. As a
swimmer there she was a five-time All-American and team captain of
the 2005 National Championship team. Katie was the 1998 U.S.
National Champion in the 200 meter breaststroke as a member of the
Kansas City Blazers. She has represented the United States as
a member of the Pan American team in 1999 and the World University
Games team in 2001. Katie also taught Art at Maize Middle
School for two years.
Katie coaches the National Squad and Red
Squad.

TODD KRAMER -- Head Age

Todd began coaching at Wichita Swim Club in August
of 2008. Prior to joining WSC he served as an assistant coach for
the Manhattan Marlins from 2002 to 2005, and as their head coach
from 2005 to 2008.
Growing up Todd competed for the Lenexa Lazers and in
high school swam for the Shawnee Mission West Vikings where he was
a State qualifier three years in a row. Besides coaching for the
Manhattan Marlins, Todd also has coached for the Lenexa Lazers for
two summers and also returned to his old stomping grounds to become
the assistant coach at Shawnee Mission West from 2001 to 2002. Todd
enjoys everything to do with Kansas City; from the Royals, to the
Chiefs, to K.C strips.

Chris has been coaching
for the Wichita Swim Club since 2000. Over the past eight
years Chris has made great contributions to the club coaching at
many levels.
He is a Wichita native and
graduate of Southeast High School, where he was a finalist at the
Kansas State High School Championships. In addition to his
experience with WSC, Chris has also coached for the Rockwood swim
team and the high school teams at The Independent School and is
currently the coach of both the boys and girls teams at Kapaun Mt.
Carmel High School. In his spare time, Chris shreads
the guitar with his band.
Chris coaches the Black Squad and Red
Squad.
