  Katherine is the director for the Wichita Swim Club’s highly successful learn-to-swim program, known as the WSC Swim School.  She has been the director since 2004.  She and her husband, David, have three sons (Colton, Drake and Kamren), all of whom are swimmers in the WSC competitive program.  Katherine is originally from Kansas City where she swam for her high school swim team.

  Kathi is the newest member to the Wichita Swim Club staff, although she and her family have been with the swim club since 2001. She has four kids, twins, Gina and Bailey, Paige and Leo the youngest which all swim or have swam under the Flying W. Her and her husband Paul met in Iowa where she also attended college. Kathi has served as the the Wichita Swim Club’s meet director for the last two years and is a past W.S.C board member. She believes that the key to the universe is a good book and a quiet corner away from kids.
