The Ohio Swimming 4th Annual Awards Recognition Banquet will honor and celebrate the achievements, performances, dedication and contributions of its extraordinary athletes, coaches, officials and volunteers.

Deadline for reservations: Monday, April 22, 2019
Reservations and payments will be made on the Ohio Swimming website. Seating charts will be posted on this page the week of the banquet (after all reservations are in).
Athletes will be recognized for the following achievements and performances:
- National Top 10 Ohio Swimmers in each individual event for each age group (10 & Under, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)
- LSC Records broken during the 2018 LC and 2018-2019 SC Seasons
- Age Group Championship Individual High Point Winners
- Ohio Swimming Virtual Distance Meet Winners
- Scholastic All-American Athletes
- Jose Cerda Memorial Scholarship Recipients
- 2018 Open Water Event Winners
Coach Recognition Awards recognize coaches for their outstanding achievements in developing Ohio Swimming's Age Group and Senior athletes.
Officiating Awards recognize outstanding dedication and achievements in officiating.
Volunteer Awards recognize the significant contributions of individuals devoting their time and effort to the sport.
Athlete Selection Criteria: Invitations are extended to Scholar-Athletes and Athletes achieving the performance criteria listed above. These times are compiled from all meets during the 2018 Long Course season and 2018-2019 Short Course season (cutoff date ending with Sectionals), in an individual event within the following age groups: 10/U, 11/12, 13/14, 15/16, 17/18 and Senior.
Invitees: Click here for the list of athletes (added 4/10/2019) being recognized at the banquet. If your name is on the list and you wish to attend the banquet, please submit an online reservation. Ohio Swimming will cover the cost of recognized Athletes, Coaches, Officials and Volunteers to attend the banquet. Deadline for reservations is April 22, 2019.
Additional Guests: Reservations for parents and additional guests should also be made by April 22, 2019. Cost is $40 for Adults and $15 for Children (12 & Under).
Awards: Awards will be presented to those swimmers in attendance.
Postcard Invitations: will mailed the week of April 8, 2019, directing recipients to this website to make an online reservation for the banquet. The online reservation form will be activated April 10, 2019.
Board Members: Please use the online reservation form to place your reservation. OSI will cover the cost of your meal. Cost of additional guests is $40 for Adults and $15 for Children (12 & Under).
Club Representatives: Please use the online reservation form to place your reservation. OSI will cover the cost for 1 representative from each of the Clubs from which athletes are being recognized. Cost of additional Club Representatives/Guests is $40 for Adults and $15 for Children (12 & Under).
Photo/Video: Parents, athletes, and coaches are invited/encouraged to submit photos and video to the OSI Permanent Office for the Annual Awards Banquet. This is a great opportunity for athletes to be recognized among their peers. The photos will be displayed at the event.
Confirmation: A Confirmation List will be posted on this page after April 22, 2019.
Dietary Restrictions: Please indicate on the reservation form if you have any special dietary requests.
Table Seating: Please indicate the club you would like to sit with on your reservation form. It can be any club.
Club Affiliation: All seating assignments will be made based upon the club you designate on your reservation (see Table Seating above).
Deadlines and Cost: The deadline for banquet reservations Monday, April 22, 2019. The cost per person is $40.00 (Adults) and $15.00 (Children 12 & Under).
Payment: Credit card payments only and will be confirmed via automated email.
