Below is a list of our partner pools where the Dayton Raiders hold practices and swim meets. Below the Google Map are directions to each location.  We are based out of Wright State University but due to high demands on pool time and the size of our program, it is necessary to develop partners to meet the needs of the swimming community.

    Wright State University Natatorium

 Wright State University is located in Dayton, Ohio, approximately 70 miles west of the state capital, Columbus. Air transportation is provided by several major airlines to Dayton International Airport, located about 25 minutes from the campus. The campus located just off I-675, about 10 miles south of I-70, and 15 miles north of the I-75/I-675 interchange near Centerville (OH).

I-675 to North Fairfield Road (Exit 17)
Turn right (if traveling from the north) or turn left (if traveling from the south) onto North Fairfield Road, go approximately 200 yards to Colonel Glenn Highway - the Nutter Center Arena is directly in front of you.
Turn left on Colonel Glenn Highway
Turn right at the second traffic light onto University Blvd. (at the WSU Bell Tower)
Follow the signs to the Student Union Visitor’s Parking Lot on your right
Go into the main doors of the Student Union and walk straight towards the WSU Bookstore, which will be on your right after about 100 feet.  Across from the bookstore is a stairway going down.  Go down the stairs and turn left at the bottom of the stairs.  The pool door will be just a few feet away on your right, directly across from the food court.

From South of Dayton: Take I-75 North and just passed SR 35, exit right onto 3rd street as if you were traveling towards downtown Dayton (campus will be on your right). Follow the directions below.

 From I-675: travel west on SR 35. Take I-75 North, travel a short distance and exit right onto 3rd Street (east) as if you were traveling towards downtown Dayton (campus will be on your right). Follow the directions below.

From 3rd Street traveling east after exiting off I-75: Campus is on your right. Travel a short distance and turn right (south) onto S. Perry Street (one way, campus still on your right). Turn right (west) onto 4th Street (campus on your right, large Parking Garage on your left).  Park in the Parking Garage or in any public lot or street level meter parking. There are two overhang walkways on 4th Street - you will want to walk to the pool closest to the 2nd walkway (the one that is farthest west and closest to I-75 along Roberts Drive). Note: swimmers can be dropped off at the rear of Bldg 8 next to the campus Shipping & Receiving Bldg -- follow the small road that is off Roberts Street parallel wtih I-75 behind Bldg 8. Towing is enforced if you leave your car -- this would only be used for quick dropoff and pickup.  Entrance to the pool is at the bottom of the stairs (parents not permitted on deck); entrance to the stands for viewing practices is at the top of the stairs.There is plenty of space for parent seating in the pool stands, there is a numerous chairs/tables, restaurant and big-screen TVs directly next to the downstairs pool door, and open internet wi-fi. 

Dixon Wellness Center (Former Dayton YMCA)

 From the I-75/35 Interchange in downtown Dayton:
Travel west on 35. 
Approximately 2 miles, take the Gettysburg exit, turn left at the exit. 
Travel about 1/2 mile, turn right onto Germantown.
Short distance turn right onto Dayton-Liberty. Short distance, the Dixon Wellness Center and Academy school is on your right. Large parking lot faces the road.

 
United Theological Seminary (Formerly Jewish Community Center)

 From the I-75/35 Interchange in downtown Dayton:
Travel west on 35 for 8 miles.  35 will turn into 49 North
Turn right (east) at Turner Road
Go 1/4 mile, turn left of Denlinger Road
Follow to main building which has pool inside in the back

  Trotwood-Madison H.S. Natatorium

 From the I-75/35 Interchange in downtown Dayton:
Travel west on 35 for 8 miles.  35 will turn into 49 North
Turn left (west) at Free Pike Road (Free Pike becomes E. Main St.). 
Go 2 miles, turn right onto Union/N.Broadway. 
Go 1/2 mile, school is on your right.  There are two entrances into the school complex on your right, (Landis Court), both roads are one in the same as this road loops behind the entire school grounds.  Take the 2nd entrance and drive around to the back of the school.  You’ll want to park in the small parking lot that is at the rear-northern most corner of the school.  That entrance will take you closest to the natatorium.  

Five Seasons Sports Club

Traveling South on I-675 from I-70 or from Wright State University
I-675 to Wilmington Pike Exit
At the exit, turn right (north), stay in your right lane
Turn right onto Feedwire Road (Speedway gas will be on your left)
Cross over I-675, turn right onto Possum Run Road
After a short distance, turn right into the Five Season’s entrance
Indoor Pool: From the main doors, go down the stairs and walk around the circular running track (either direction) to the pool which is located on the opposite side of the stairs
Outdoor Pool: Do not enter the main building; follow the parking lot around to the rear and enter through the pool gate

Greene Co. 50-meter Outdoor Pool (Fairborn)

Located just off I-675 directly behind Fairborn High School, approximately 5 miles south of I-70. Traveling from the south:
I-675 to Dayton Yellow-Springs Road Exit
At the exit, turn left (west) at light, go over I-675
Pass Fairborn High School on your right
Just past the high school is the Greene County Park on your right
Turn right into the park entrance, follow around a short distance to the pool

Greene Co. 50-meter outdoor Pool (Xenia - Mullins Pool)

From I-675: Take 35 East towards Xenia.  Go left on 68 North (also called Detroit Ave).  Go to the 2nd light and turn left on West Ankenney Road.  Go through the 2nd stop sign and the road then turns into Fairgrounds Road.  Go past the Fairgrounds and the pool is just past it.

The Prairies 50-meter pool at WPAFB

Depending on which direction you are coming from, there are multiple ways to get to the Prairies Pool in the housing area at WPAFB.  You can go to Google maps and type "Chapel Lane, Dayton, Ohio" to see a map to this location.

 From I-675 traveling from Wright State University area: Travel west on Col. Glenn (towards Miejer, away from the Nutter Center).  Go about 2 miles, Col. Glen turns into Airway Road.  After you pass the small theatre and shopping center on the left, turn left onto Spinning Hills.  Go 1/2 mile, turn right onto Chapel Lane.  Follow to the pool on your left. No base pass is required to get to the pool.

  Lohrey Center (Belmont Pool)

From WSU: I-675 South to US-35 West.
Turn left (south) onto S. Smithville Road
After 1 mile, turn left onto Highridge Ave
take a quick left onto Glenarm Ave
Park in main lot, enter main doors, the Belmont Pool is inside the Lohrey Center
(the Lohrey Center can be seen from S. Smithville Road

  
Dayton Boys & Girls Club East (New Choices Community Schools)

 From I-675, about 10 miles north of the I-75/I-675 South interchange in Centerville:
SR 35 West towards Dayton
After the Smithville Exit, look for the Keowee Street Exit
Take the Koewee Street Exit all the way until it dead ends
Turn left, and go back under SR 35
Get in your right lane and turn right into the B&G Club parking lot, which is just a few yards after you pass under SR 35
