The
Dayton Raiders use a volunteer "point" system to help manage the
operation of the club. With the varying types of jobs needed
to effectively manage a successful program, the team has
established several positions that earn "points" throughout the
year. Additional volunteer and creative ideas should be forwarded
to the Family Volunteer Coordinator for review.

Below are the required number of volunteer points
each family is required to earn during the year. Our
team’s billing system tracks them as "hours", although
they are not necessarily hourly based. These point totals are
based on the most advanced swimmer in each family. You can view
your point total to date by logging in and viewing your account
information. Tracking of these points is managed by the
Volunteer Points Coordinator, who listed on the Board
Roster page found under the Board menu
link.
The family volunteer point requirement is
based on the most advanced swimmer in each family:
500 points per family if oldest child is in groups
Blue, Bronze, Silver, Gold
350 points per family if oldest child is a high
school swimmer
300 points per family if oldest child is in groups
Mini, White, Red
150 points per session swimmer (Mini, White, Red
only)
How do I view my family’s current number of
Volunteer Points (hours)? achieved?
Login to Team Unify, click on the My
Invoice/Payment tab from the left menu, then select the
Volunteer Hours sub-tab to view your families

Board Member and Long Term Planning Committee Member, may be
co-chaired with another individual for ½ the points.
Contact the Volunteer Points Coordinator listed under
the Board Roster page (found under the Board menu
